Lemony White Bean Dip

As a unique and tasty alternative to regular hummus, try this creamy dip made with white beans, lemon and honey. It’s a tangy, sweet addition to any appetizer platter and can be used in place of mayo in sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 can drained cannellini beans
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Zest from ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chopped or dry dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse beans
- In a food processor, pulse beans, garlic, zest, lemon juice, honey, and dill until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency
- Adjust seasoning and dill to taste
