Hi, I’m Stephanie Valentine,
I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Clinical Hypnotist, and a Certified Mental Health Coach. My passion for creating healthy, tasty meals led me to content creation, where I’m guiding people to love what’s on their plates, both literally (at mealtimes) and figuratively (in life).
My recipes foster the connection between nutrition and well-being. I use fresh and wholesome ingredients. I never try to sneak in nutrients–I embrace nourishment. I let the goodness of foods speak for themselves, peppered with some enthusiastic nutrition advice.
My digital presence is a mix of easy and inspiring recipes for everyday meals (think Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats and Crispy Cheesy Cauliflower), approachable advice and resources on mindfulness and wellness (like five-minute meditations and breathing techniques), plus access to my go-to kitchen gadgets and lifestyle must haves.
At the core of everything I create is the desire to help people love what’s on their plate.
