Shipping
Shipping Policy
At SV Living, we aim to get Love What’s On Your Plate into your hands as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of receipt (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Backorders: If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. You’ll receive an email with an estimated restock date and any relevant updates.

Returns
We accept returns on the cookbook within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the book must be unused and in its original condition.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- In the case of free shipping, cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- A $5.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at steph@svliving.com. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
