All you need are lots of tomatoes and a bit of patience and let the magic happen! You won't need to worry anymore about what's in the ketchup you buy from the store - this is so good you'll want to stock up for the year.
Ingredients

5 cups blended fresh tomatoes (whole)

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt
Directions
After blending the tomatoes well, strain to remove the thick pulp
Place in a pot with the seasoning - keep uncovered
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to maintain simmering (still bubbles), until it’s reduced
After abut 40-45 minutes it should be reduced to the consistency of ketchup
Cool and store in a sterile glass jar.
