Cheesy Cauliflower Crunch

I love making this cauliflower side dish for friends and family, because the smell of it cooking is so delicious and distracting, guests barely have time to drop their napkins on their laps before reaching for a serving.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets or 1/2 inch steaks
- 1-1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp olive oil (generously poured)
- Flaky salt, sprinkled
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
.On a parchment paper lined baking sheet cover with shredded parmesan
Place cauliflower pieces on top of cheese
Generously drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cauliflower starts to brown and the cheese bubbles
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly for the cheese to harden
Break apart, serve and enjoy!
