These pancakes are easy to make, gluten free and added protein!
Ingredients

3 egg whites (or whole eggs

1 ripe banana
-
⅓ cup quick cooking oats
-
1 scoop protein powder
-
½ tsp. cinnamon
-
1 tbsp oil/butter
-
Maple syrup for topping
Directions
Place eggs in a blender and run until fluffy
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, run until smooth
Heat oil/butter in a large pan over medium high heat
Pour batter to make 1 pancake (about ¼ cup) - can do them any side you like
Reduce heat to medium and cook until you see bubbles on the top
Flip and conitnue to cook until it browns
Top with maple syrup
