Most overnight oats recipes leave you hungry by 10 AM and wondering why you bothered. This version solves that problem by combining:
20g protein from Greek yogurt for lasting satisfaction Complex carbs from oats for steady energy Healthy fats from chia seeds for brain fuel The secret ingredient: A tablespoon of softened cream cheese (trust me on this - it transforms the entire texture)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup thick Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened (the secret!)
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Soften cream cheese for 10 minutes at room temperature
Add all ingredients to a jar with lid
Stir well until cream cheese is fully incorporated Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)
Stir and enjoy in the morning

Apple Cinnamon: Add grated apple, cinnamon, chopped walnuts
Berry Vanilla: Add frozen berries, extra vanilla, hemp seeds
