The ultimate power-packed breakfast, this complete make-it-the-night-before meal is brimming with fibre and protein and bursting with taste. Who said fast food can’t be healthy food?
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 heaping tbsp peanut or almond butter
- Berries or banana, sliced
- Sprinkle cinnamon or ¼ cup granola (optional)
Directions
In a jar, mix oats, chia, yogurt and syrup together
- Add milk and mix well
- Top with nut butter
- Refrigerate overnight
