- 1 cup high quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup aged balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4-8 organic sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 6 pitted olives, chopped
Directions
On a serving platter or shallow dish, add extra virgin olive oil, then vinegar, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives
