Morning minutes are precious, so this overnight recipe will easily fit into your morning routine no matter how rushed it may get. It’s so easy to put together the night before so it’s waiting for you to either grab and go in the morning. Fast food can be healthy food.
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Dash of cinnamon

Fresh berries, sliced
Directions
In a jar, mix together oats, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon
- Add a layer of sliced berries
- Refrigerate overnight

Eat as is, or top with toasted nuts or granola
