PB Banana Chia Pudding

While this dish is only a few bites, it contains enough high-fibre punch to make a filling dish. Topped with fruit and granola, this is a complete meal in a surprisingly small package.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds, finely ground (by coffee grinder or mortar and pestle)*
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- ½ banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp granola
Directions
Combine chia with milk, maple syrup, and nut butter and mix well
- Top with banana slices
- Refrigerate for at least ½ -1 hour
- Top with granola
