Boost your immune system naturally with my go-to Healing Tea recipe. Made with fresh ginger, garlic, lemon and turmeric (known for its antimicrobial and antiviral properties), this tea will have you in tip-top shape, all season long.
Ingredients

1 large orange or 2 small, peeled

1 lemon, peeled

2 inch nub fresh ginger

1 clove garlic
-
1 carrot, roughly chopped

1 heaping tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp raw honey
-
1 cup coconut water or water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Place in ice cube tray or silicone freezer mould
Freeze
When needed, place one or two cubes in a teacup or mug
Pour small amount of boiling water over the cube and mix until melted
Add more boiling water for temperature
