Cranberry Chia Jam

Give classic cranberry sauce a fresh and unexpected spin this year. My Cranberry Jam recipe has hearty healthy chia seeds that also aid in digestion (they go hand-in-hand with big holiday dinners!).
Ingredients

1 bag cranberries (400g)

2 tbsp chia seeds

Juice from 1 orange

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 cinnamon sticks
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients
Over medium heat, cook down, allowing the cranberries to soften
Mixing occasionally, once the berries are soft, flatten some of them with a fork
Mix until thickens
Remove the cinnamon sticks
Transfer to 500ml mason jars, cool
Cover and refrigerate
