Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ banana
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and run until smooth
- Transfer to a glass jar or large container and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, top with garnish of choice
- Enjoy
