This high protein dish can be a dessert or a meal - it's high fiber and protein
Ingredients

1 cup Almond Milk (or any dairy or non-dairy)

200g silken tofu (or medium/firm)

⅓ cup chia seeds
-
3 tbsp maple syrup
-
2 tbsp cocoa powder (or raw cacao)

3 tbsp peanut butter
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
½ banana
Directions
In a blender, add all of the ingredients
Blend until creamy and smooth
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour (can be overnight)
Stir well when ready to eat
Can garnish with sliced fruit and berries
