Chocolate PB Oat Bars

Skip the ‘bar’ section of the grocery store and make your own! The ingredients in these addictive oat bars read like health-food, but the taste is 100% sweet dessert.
Ingredients

2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw honey
- 1 cup peanut butter

¼ cup hemp hearts

1 ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 tbsp butter
- Flaky salt
Directions
In a small pot on medium low heat peanut butter and honey so it becomes loose (about 2 minutes)
- Stir in oats and hemp hearts, mixing well
- Transfer to parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish and lightly press flat to cover the bottom
- In a small pot on medium heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring until it’s loose enough to pour
- Pour chocolate over oats, and sprinkle with salt
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Remove from fridge and cut into portion sized squares

Store for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
