2 tbsp chia seeds

1 carrot, shredded

½ cup greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup raisins (optional)

½ - 1 cup cream cheese

½ cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

Shredded carrot to garnish

¼ cup walnut pieces

Raisins (optional)
Topping
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients (not toppings) and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
Mix topping ingredients and spread carefully on top of set oats
Garnish with carrots, walnuts and raisins (optional)
